He used to work in a few restaurants in Venice in Italy after an experience in a Japanese restaurant and an Italian restaurant in Osaka, Japan .
He came to work at the French restaurant ” Passage 53 “ located in Paris as second Chef in 2009 and he got two stars.
In November 2015, he fulfilled his dream of opening his own restaurant ‘L’inconnu’ in Paris.
